Sweden’s Lina Boqvist has enjoyed a very solid season on the LET Access Series this year, recording seven top ten finishes in 12 events and her first win at the Onsjo Ladies Open. Lina answers some quick questions…

Favourite club… My 56’ wedge.
Favourite golf course… National GC in Belek, Turkey. Because it´s a good course were you need to have a lot of shots in your bag.
Favourite distance and shot you love to practice… I like to practise shots from 60-80 meters.
Lowest round ever… 66, in my own sponsor event in Sweden.
Your first set of clubs… It was called Birdie, blue clubs. And my daddy cut off a driver for me at the right length.
Age at scratch handicap… When I was 16.
What’s in my bag, apart from clubs and golf balls…. A lot off different pen/markers to paint my golf balls. Salted nuts, mobile phone, water and sport drink.
Any anecdote that has happened to you while playing golf… When I won my first LETAS event this year at Onsjö, Sweden. I played well all week and I felt so safe when we walked out to play the first play-off hole.
Driving distance? Putting average? 230 meters. Putting average 30.
