LETAS PROS DEMONSTRATE AT GOLF CLINIC AT MADAEF GOLFS LADIES OPEN

Madaef

Last week the LET Access Series (LETAS) headed to Morocco for the first time in history for the Madaef Golfs Ladies Open at Golf Lacs Saidia.

The tournament was the first in LETAS history to take place outside of Europe and England’s Thalia Martin secured a playoff victory over Charlotte Heath.

On Wednesday 23 April, a golf clinic took place at the Madaef Golfs Academy (MGA) which saw local children inspired by LETAS professionals.

Moroccan star Lina Belmati was joined by Margot Rouquette, Chantal Dueringer and Katharina Muehlbauer on the range.

The professionals showed the young golfers their swings, playing different shots, and answered questions before the youngsters then had a go themselves.

It was a great opportunity for these young golfers to see and learn from professionals in their home country of Morocco.

The LET and LETAS is committed to recognising and promoting great sustainable work being done by the LET community as part of the Tour’s sustainability initiative in partnership with GEO Foundation for Sustainable Golf.

Next up for LETAS is another new event, the Super Bock Ladies Open at Vidago Palace starting on Tuesday 6th May.
