LETAS BEGINS 2025 SEASON IN TERRE BLANCHE

2025

After months of patiently waiting, the LET Access Series’ (LETAS) 2025 season officially kicks off this week in France for the Terre Blanche Ladies Open, taking place April 4-6.

The tournament is back for its 13th edition at the stunning Golf de Terre Blanche and will once again play for a prize fund of €42,500.

This marks the first of 16 events on LETAS in 2025, where the season will travel outside of Europe for the first time.

The stacked 96-player field is made up of 31 invites and 65 LETAS players including last year’s runner up French amateur Sara Brentcheneff.

This week sees young French talent trying to make their mark amongst the professional ranks. Alongside Sara there are two other members of the 2024 PING Junior Solheim Cup team, Alice Kong and Lily Reitter.

There are players from 25 nationalities including 29 French players, just shy of 30% of the field.

13 rookies are set to embark on their LETAS debuts in next week’s season opener including Germany’s Celina Sattelkau, who helped Germany to win the European Ladies’ Team Championships and was awarded the 2024 Dinah Shore Trophy, which recognizes the top collegiate female golfer who excels both on the course and in the classroom.

There are no returning winners next week but there are plenty of players who know how to win on Tour, with nine previous winners teeing it up, including French players Charlotte Liautier and Lucie Andre.

2025 is a new year and anything can happen.

That’s what will make this event so exciting as we see many new and familiar faces fresh and hungry to carve out early success and get one step closer to earning LET playing rights for 2025.
