Ana Larraneta, from Gorrraiz, has been a member of the Ladies European Tour since 1997 and posted a career best finish of second at the 2002 P4 Norwegian Masters, missing out in a play-off against Laura Davies. She also posted four top-ten finishes on the circuit in 2004.
Larraneta said that she was proud to be sporting high quality clothing by such a strong international brand.
“I wore LACOSTE for a long time when I was an amateur and then when I was a pro, so it’s nice to go back to LACOSTE again. I’m really happy because the clothes are very nice,” she said.
Commenting on the 2010 LETAS, where she played in three events with a season best tie for second at the Terre Blanche Ladies Open, she continued: “I enjoyed it very much and I’m really pleased, because I didn’t know whether to play last year, but I played a few events and it really helped me a lot and I’m really glad that I decided to play.”
On her goals for the 2011 LET season, she said: “This year I just want to enjoy myself on the course, feel relaxed and not worry about anything but playing. This is a game and it should be played: stop thinking so much!”
LACOSTE is the official clothing supplier to the LET Access Series since 2010 and continues to provide official on and off-course uniforms, embroidered with the LETAS logo, for the LETAS staff in 2011.
LACOSTE benefits from an association with the LET Access Series and its logo features on the official LETAS website, which was launched ahead of the inaugural 2010 season. LACOSTE is also the official clothing supplier to the Ladies European Tour.
