Korea’s Eun Jung Ji has only played 6 events this season on the LET Access Series, sitting in 60th spot on the Road to La Largue rankings and aiming for a top 50 placing and advancing to the final stage of the 2019 LET Tour School. We get to know Eun Jung with a few quick questions…

Drawing and sketching

How did you get into golf?

My parents played golf as a hobby so I usually went to the course with them until one day I tried and loved it!

Top 3 at some LETAS tournaments and getting to play the Korean LPGA

Hang out with friends and watching Netflix in bed

I don’t do karaoke now but it used to be Rather Be -Clean Bandit when I was in high school.

What’s your best golfing tip for a beginner?

Be patient and enjoy

Do you have any superstitions before a round?

I listen to the same music playlist the tournament week before a round and during the tournament. I don’t eat bananas and don’t use the number 1 ball.

What’s in your golf bag besides golf balls and clubs?

Sun Stick, plasters and sometimes a mini fan if it’s too hot.

What are your goals for 2019?

A LETAS win and play well in the Korean LPGA Q School to get my card for next year.
