Jessica Karlsson
Sweden’s Jessica Karlsson was joined at the top of the leaderboard by Manon de Roey of Belgium, after the second round of the Forget Foundation PGA Championship at PGA Sweden National in Bara. Karlsson enjoyed a solid par round to sit at four under par total, whilst De Roey shot a three under, 69 to add to her opening 71.
The low round of the day came from France’s Valentine Derrey. The Frenchwoman mixed five birdies with one bogey for a four under par, 68 and a tie for 3rd place, alongside Nina Muehl (70) of Austria.
Russia’s Nina Pegova and Frida Gustafsson-Spang both recorded 69’s to tie for 5th place at two under, 142.
Thirty-two professionals and two amateurs made the cut, which fell at +5, 149. For the final day’s play the tee times for the LETAS players competing in the Forget Foundation PGA Championship will alternate with those of the men playing in the Star For Life PGA Championship. Play will commence at 8.00.
