Spain´s Mireia Prat just missed out on gaining her full card for the Ladies European Tour in 2012 at Q School in January. Playing in the opening event of the LET Access Series, the Terre Blanche Ladies Open, Mireia finished in a tie for 25th.

Tell me something most people don’t know about you?
I am still studying, finishing my degree in Business and Management in Barcelona this year.

What would you like to do for a living if you are not a pro golfer?
I like Marketing or Publicity, so I would work in something related.

If you could posses any super human power what would it be?
I would like to be very powerful and hit it very long

Education? Which University and degree? Already

How many and which languages do you speak? Spanish, Catalan, English, a little bit of German and French.

Who would be in your dream foursome?
Azahara Munoz, Laura Davies, Tiger Woods and me.

What is your favourite activity you do when you want to relax?
Listening to music, reading and the internet

Do you have a favourite TV commercial or TV series?
I love the Estrella Damm (Spanish make of beer) commercials.

What invention do you wish you had thought of? Any Apple product.

Why do you want to join the LET? I love golf and all my life I have been practicing to join the LET.

How did you prepare to attend the LET Q-School 2012? I had been practicing in September in the CAR in Sant Cugat(Barcelona) with my all coaches, swing coaches, mental coaches and physical coaches. I have been practicing golf five days a week (3-4 hours). My physical training was three days a week, 1.5 hours per day.

What are your expectations in 2012 and targets when playing on the LET? I would like to play as much as possible and enjoy, and keep my card.

Best part of your game? Short game.

Weakest part of your game? Bunker shots.

Driving distance? 210 m.

Putting average? 30

How many holes in one? None

Your favourite golf course in Europe? Sotogrande (Spain) and Saint Cloud (Paris)

Any friends already in the LET? Adriana Zwanck, Azahara Munoz, Carmen Alonso, Mariana Macias Capuzzi y Carlota Ciganda.

Any superstition on the golf course? Always have to mark the ball with the same ball-marker.
