A Quick 18 with Georgia Hall

 

England’s Georgia Hall claimed her first professional win at the Open Generali de Strasbourg in September in only her fourth tournament as a professional. Highlights of her season also include a 3rd place finish at the Ingarö Ladies Open hosted by Elin Emanuelsson and at the Grecotel Amirandes Ladies Open. Georgia will head to the final stage of the Lalla Aicha Tour School, which takes place in Morocco from the 17 – 21 December, in a bid to earn her LET playing rights for the 2015 season. Georgia answers 18 quick questions…

1.       If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take with you?

A Phone, a fire starter kit and a blanket

2.       Tell us something you hate doing?

Cleaning up in general

3.       If you could have an unlimited storage of one thing, what would it be?

Strawberry milkshakes

4.       If given complete freedom to start afresh, what profession would you choose and why?

I would love to be a spy or a tennis player

5.       If given a choice to skip work for a day, how would you spend the entire day?

Shopping, lots of it!!!!!

6.       What is your favourite activity you do when you want to relax?

Watching films and listening to music

7.       Which is the funniest prank played on you or played by you?

Once got told there was a massive spider under a cup, so I lifted the cup up to see it and it was actually full with water!

8.       How do you spend your time in the airports?

Looking in the shops

9.       What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?

You are what you eat and the more you practice the luckier you get

10.   What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten?

Nothing as I am very picky!!

11.   If you had one word to describe yourself, what would it be?

Competitive

12.   If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Sydney, Australia

13.   Where do you see yourself in the next five years?

On the LPGA hopefully with some wins including majors

14.   If you could have one celebrity follower on twitter who would it be?

Tiger Woods

15.   What advice would you give to aspiring amateurs looking to turn professional?

Be true to yourself and putt putt putt

16.   Who is you favourite sports person and why?

Tiger woods because he is amazingly talented and an inspiration

17.   Do you have a sports team that you follow, if so who and what sport?

AFC Bournemouth (football)

18.   What have been the highlights of your 2014 season

Playing and performing well in the Ricoh Women’s British Open and being in a tie for second place during the opening round. Claiming my first professional win at the Open Generali de Strasbourg.
