Three Tied for Lead in Sweden

                                                                   Galina Rotmistrova

Russia’s Galina Rotmsitrova, Sweden’s Emma Westin and Emma Tayler from England are tied for the lead with one round remaining at the Sölvesborg Ladies Open hosted by Fanny Sunesson.

Tayler and Westin shot rounds of 70 with Rotmistrova scoring 71, for all three players to lie at even par after two rounds.

Westin, currently lying in a tie for 20th place on the LETAS Order of Merit, recorded her career best finish of tied 7th at the recent Association Suisse de Golf Ladies Open. The 22 year-old from Boras will be hoping to improve on that performance with a strong finish in the final round.

Rotmistrova will also be looking for her first win on LETAS, as will Tayler, who is playing in only her third event as a professional.

Sweden’s Lina Boqvist shot the low round of the day, 67, to move into a tie for 4th place alongside fellow Swedes Emma Nilsson (75) and Anna Dahlberg Soderstrom (72) and Switzerland’s Melanie Maetzler (73).

The final day’s play commences at 9.45am with players teeing off from both the 1st and 10th tees.
